Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Receiving Specialist II for our Vandalia, IL warehouse. The role focuses on receiving, verifying, and documenting shipments, while ensuring accurate data entry into SAP, WhiBoard, and P21 systems.

You will prepare bills of lading and related documents, inspect for damage, and help organize warehouse processes. The position is onsite with a 40-hour workweek, overtime as scheduled, and no travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• GMP knowledge preferred.
• Food Safety/HACCP knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Receive incoming materials and verify against manifests, invoices, and orders.
• Enter receiving information into SAP/WhiBoard and P21; maintain shipment records.
• Prepare shipping/receiving documents and record weights, charges, and discrepancies.
• Print and apply labels; assist with organizing and routing materials.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and support department with additional duties.
