Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced sales professional to identify and close opportunities in accounts receivable and payment solutions. You will align client needs with receivables automation, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with Treasury Management teams to drive growth.

You will maintain client relationships, conduct discovery and demonstrations, and develop proposals with pricing strategies. A proactive, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Technology.
• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and payment solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Active listening, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong consultative selling skills and needs-based solution selling.
• Ability to build sales strategy while prospecting new business.
• Ability to maintain and develop existing relationships.
• Identify decision makers and define customer needs for opportunities.
• CRM proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities related to accounts receivable and payment solutions.
• Identify customer needs, present payment and receivables solutions, and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management teams across multiple markets to drive growth
• Recommend and demonstrate accounts receivable automation through electronic payments and integrated receivables solutions
• Build relationships with clients, prospects, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain and develop current clients through ongoing support, quarterly business reviews, and contract negotiation
• Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
• Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and implementation plans
• Collaborate with implementation, operations, product, and customer success teams to ensure deployment
• Maintain an active CRM sales pipeline and achieve revenue and growth targets
• Monitor industry trends, payment technologies, regulatory requirements, and competitive offerings
• Provide feedback to product teams and educate Treasury Management associates
• Execute multichannel sales strategies through CRM campaigns, email outreach, cold calling, tradeshows, and conferences
