Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in business, financial, or strategic pricing and contracting.
• Ability to model mathematically and analyze large data sets.
• Strong communication across Abbott Med Device organization.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive to anticipate issues.
• Proficiency in Excel, Access and Word; experience with reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Owns rebate and fee administration from full execution to expiration; collaborates with contract authors and sales, and ensures timely posting and payment.
• Processes rebates and fees, coordinating with cross-functional groups to ensure on-time payments.
• Builds mathematical models and tools to determine payout amounts and track contract performance.
• Provides formal and informal updates to Customers, Sales, Contract Operations, Accounting, Finance and cross-functional groups.
• Manages communication of contractual obligations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Acts as SME and primary contact for hospitals and GPOs within assigned geography for rebates and admin fees.
• Solves complex problems with sound business judgment and data-informed recommendations.
• Provides reports and analysis to department and senior management as requested.
• Follows approved processes and alerts management when deviations occur.
