Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pricing or systems software, preferably medical devices.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field; Master’s or JDE certification a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end rebate contract lifecycle from review to closeout.
• Load and maintain rebates in JD Edwards (JDE) with correct rates and terms.
• Manage vendor setup and master data for rebate processing.
• Calculate rebates accurately per contracts, eligible sales, and programs.
• Own rebate payments, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Maintain rebate tracking: dates, earned amounts, credits, payments, and compliance.
• Escalate discrepancies and system issues; lead rebate audits and compliance checks.
• Drive process improvements across rebate workflows, controls, and reporting.
• Partner with Strategic Pricing, Finance, IT, and Customer Service.
• Develop advanced rebate analyses and reporting to support decisions.
