Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business, financial, or strategic pricing and contracting.
• Knowledge of mathematical modeling and ability to analyze large data sets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Owns rebate and fee administration from full execution to expiration, coordinating with contract authors and sales teams.
• Processes rebates and fees, ensuring accurate and timely payments to customers.
• Builds models and tools to determine payout amounts and monitor contract performance.
• Provides updates to customers, sales, operations, accounting, finance and legal teams as needed.
• Serves as SME and main contact for hospitals and group purchasing organizations within assigned geography.
