Job summary

Cboe Global Markets is seeking an Associate, Trade Desk for entry-level support of multiple exchange platforms (BYX, BZX, C1, C2, CFE, EDGA, EDGX) across equities, options, futures, and FX. You will work under senior staff to learn market structure, platform operations, and customer support while contributing to daily monitoring and data tasks.

The role emphasizes SQL/UNIX familiarity, strong communication, and teamwork, with formal training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Business, Financial Services, Communications, or related discipline.
• 0–2 years professional experience; internship, coursework or academic projects in financial services or technology is a plus.
• FINRA SIE and Series 57 licenses, or ability to obtain within first 8 months of service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily system checks and review of audit logs under guidance of senior team members.
• Monitor production, disaster recovery, and certification/test environments; escalate issues promptly.
• Provide first-level customer support for platform behavior, order processing, and market structure inquiries.
• Use SQL and UNIX shell tools to query databases and examine log files for data gathering and reporting.
• Update internal procedures and participate in weekend industry testing as needed.
