Job summary

Cboe Global Markets is seeking a Trade Desk Specialist in Kansas City, Missouri. This role involves overseeing real-time low latency trading platforms and providing world-class support to customers while troubleshooting and ensuring system health.

The successful candidate will have a background in technical support, SQL, and UNIX shell, and will work in a flexible, hybrid environment with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in a security related or technical support position.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Security Industry Essentials Examination (SIE) and Series 57 licenses.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and operational oversight of Cboe trading platforms.
• Monitor systems and ensure platforms are operating as expected.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex issues.
