Job summary

Tradeweb Markets is seeking a senior C++ developer to contribute to the next generation of real-time trading systems. You will work on backend services in Windows and Linux, enhancing performance and reliability across multiple asset classes.

The role requires 5–10 years of C++ experience, strong OO design skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving. A college degree in CS or related field is expected, with the ability to communicate across IT and business units.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in C++ programming.
• Strong skills in structural and OO programming, modern C++ design patterns, templates, multithreaded programming.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate at all levels within IT and Business Units.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, ownership of issues.

Responsibilities

• Work in a C++ environment on Windows and Linux.
• Enhance and maintain backend servers used for real-time trading applications.
• Contribute during all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with QA and support teams to address issues during development and testing.
