Cboe Global Markets, Inc. is offering a Real-Time Software Engineer intern position in Overland Park, KS.

You will join the Real-Time team, helping design, develop, and support the exchange trading system while gaining hands-on experience with high-throughput, low-latency software in an Agile setting. The ideal candidate is pursuing CS and has strong data structures knowledge, C++ or related language experience, Linux familiarity, and exposure to Python or SQL.

Competenze

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with C++ or experience in another language with a strong desire to learn C++.
• Experience with Linux or UNIX-like operating systems.
• Knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python preferred).
• Experience with SQL and knowledge of network programming fundamentals.
