Qualifications

• Strong programming in C/C++ with Python and MATLAB experience.
• Deep knowledge of target tracking techniques and state estimation.
• Experience with Kalman and particle filter variants in real‑time systems.
• Mathematical maturity in linear algebra, optimization, probability.
• Sensor data interpretation from radar/lidar/EO-IR and fusion pipelines.
• NoSQL databases and large‑scale sensor data handling experience.
• Background in ML for tracking and recognition and anomaly detection.
• Ability to deliver robust estimation systems across lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a small team focusing on tracking and state estimation.
• Prototype and deploy algorithms for multi-sensor data fusion in agile cycles.
• Develop high‑performance software for real‑time and simulation environments.
• Design robust filters and probabilistic reasoning for noisy data.
• Evaluate performance with high‑fidelity simulations and statistics.
• Customize algorithms for mission‑critical real‑time tracking use cases.
• Integrate tracking/estimation into product lifecycle from requirements to testing.
• Translate progress into actionable insights for engineers and users.
