Job summary

STR is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the development, integration, and validation of real-time RF sensor software systems. You will guide a multi-disciplinary team, integrate algorithms into open architecture frameworks, and develop test infrastructure to validate performance.

You will mentor engineers, define integration plans, and work with government customers to ensure delivery of mission-critical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience leading complex software development, integration, and test efforts.
• Expert in high-performance, real-time applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, integration, and validation of real-time sensor systems in C/C++.
• Integrate signal processing algorithms into open architecture software frameworks.
