Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Graphics Engineer to lead and optimize real-time rendering pipelines across GPU-driven workloads. The role emphasizes translating complex visual requirements into high-fidelity, performant software and collaborating with diverse teams on large-scale systems.

The ideal candidate has extensive C++ and shader experience and will contribute to modernizing graphics pipelines while supporting a fully remote, globally distributed team. Excellent compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering focusing on graphics rendering.
• Experience in real-time graphics pipelines and GPU programming.
• Proficiency in C++ and shader languages (GLSL, HLSL, MSL).
• Deep knowledge of GPU architecture and modern graphics APIs (Vulkan, DirectX, Metal).
• Experience with OpenGL and shader optimization for performance.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement real-time rendering pipelines using modern graphics APIs.
• Develop and optimize advanced shaders for high-performance visuals.
• Analyze GPU architectures to resolve render-time bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate graphics features.
• Maintain and modernize legacy rendering systems while adopting new standards.
