Job summary

Donatech Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Integration Engineer to plan and execute testing and integration of software on Red Hat Enterprise Linux within a combat vehicle system. You will work with hardware components, develop integration tests, and verify software items across Linux environments.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure results meet customer, system, and quality requirements. Domestic travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software integration.
• Experience integrating software on Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Packaging software as RPMs and binaries.
• Knowledge of Ethernet and CAN bus protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• U.S. Citizenship and W2 employment with Donatech required.

Responsibilities

• Integrates and tests software on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and hardware components in a combat vehicle system.
• Applies knowledge of Ethernet and CAN bus within software testing and troubleshooting.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering and vehicle test teams to investigate issues and analyze data.
• Mentors less experienced software engineers in integration and testing.
• Ensures work aligns with engineering principles and customer requirements.
• Builds and maintains a software/hardware integration testbed.
• Travels to customer sites to support deployments.
