Cresa Dallas seeks an experienced real estate professional to manage end-to-end transactions for a complex corporate portfolio. You will coordinate internal resources and external partners to execute renewals, acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic alternatives.

The role requires senior-level experience in real estate, finance, and strategy with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, Procurement, HR, Construction, Legal and Tax.

Qualifications

• Global experience required; retail preferred.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills; attention to detail is critical.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end real estate transactions from site selection to closing.
• Manage multiple projects, tasks and stakeholders concurrently with program/workstream governance.
• Incorporate client drivers, market intelligence and challenges to manage complex transactions.
• Prepare and manage documents such as PIFs, market reports, RFPs, LOIs, and value assessments.
• Analyze financials (NPV, cash flow, IRR) to advise clients on strategy.
• Develop portfolio-wide transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
