Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Business Development Senior Associate to support the full customer development lifecycle from initial engagement to lease execution and beyond. You will develop market insights, build financial models, and help structure deals with cross-functional teams.

Success requires 2–4 years in real estate or related fields, strong Excel skills, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, real estate or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate, consulting, investment banking or related roles.
• Strong analytical capabilities with Excel financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis for data center industry insights.
• Perform customer research and due diligence on requirements and stakeholders.
• Abstract and summarize complex real estate lease agreements and term sheets.
• Draft preliminary term sheets outlining proposed business terms for deals.
• Assist with IC memos summarizing deal overviews and next steps.
• Track terms and perform ad hoc financial analyses to support return economics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address commercial questions.
• Track milestones and report on progress in weekly reviews.
• Assist with negotiation and documentation of lease agreements.
• Monitor active transactions and provide status reports to leadership.
