Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure seeks a Manager of Site Development to lead origination and development of data center projects across the portfolio, shaping strategy and advancing sites through due diligence, entitlements, and into leasing and construction.

Ideal candidate has 5–7 years leading large-scale site development, strong negotiation and cross-functional leadership, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced, hybrid Denver-based team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of site development leadership experience
• Experience negotiating land purchase, energy, water/wastewater, and economic development agreements
• Proven ability to work with AHJs, utilities, and economic development agencies
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with budgets, schedules, and risk

Responsibilities

• Lead site origination through construction commencement for data center projects
• Manage due diligence contractors, schedules, and budgets
• Negotiate land acquisitions and development agreements
• Coordinate cross-functional evaluation with power/energy, engineering, legal, planning
• Oversee land use, entitlements, permitting, and pre-construction workstreams
• Provide clear updates to leadership and project teams
