Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. seeks an attorney for the Real Estate Department in Mankato, Madison, or Minneapolis. The role requires 5+ years of transactional real estate experience with drafting complex leases for landlords and tenants, plus drafting purchase and sale agreements and related documents.

Ideal candidates will have strong writing and analytical skills, a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, and a current U.S. bar license with ability to promptly obtain Minnesota admission.

• Experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial leases
• Strong writing, interpersonal and analytical abilities

Responsabilités

• Negotiate and draft complex commercial leases for landlords and tenants
• Prepare and review purchase and sale agreements and related documents
• Manage real estate due diligence for sale, purchase, financing, and corporate transactions
• Represent developers in real estate agreements and borrowers in mortgage transactions
• Close real estate sale, purchase and financing transactions and coordinate with M&A/finance teams
