Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. seeks an experienced Real Estate M&A Attorney for our Minneapolis office (also serving Mankato and Madison). The role targets attorneys with deep real estate and corporate transaction experience, including drafting complex leases and managing real estate due diligence in fast-paced deals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of transactional real estate experience, a strong academic record, and an active U.S. bar license with Minnesota admission readiness.

Qualifications

5+ years of transactional real estate experience
Experience negotiating/drafting complex commercial leases
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
Strong academic background
J.D. from ABA-accredited law school
Active US bar license with Minnesota admission plan

Responsibilities

Advise on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions
Lead real estate aspects of corporate/M&A transactions
Coordinate real estate due diligence and risk assessment
Draft/purchase and sale documents for buyers and sellers
Close real estate, financing, and related transactions for clients
