Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. is seeking an attorney to join the Real Estate Department in Madison, WI.

The ideal candidate has over five years of wide-ranging transactional real estate experience, including drafting complex commercial leases, and handling purchase/sale agreements with due diligence for real estate financing and corporate transactions. Qualifications

5+ years of transactional real estate experience.
Experience drafting complex commercial leases.
Experience with purchase and sale agreements and due diligence.
Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

Lead sophisticated real estate transactions, negotiating and drafting core documents for landlords and buyers.
Draft and negotiate leases, purchase/sale agreements, and related ancillary documents.
Manage real estate due diligence for sale, purchase, and financing transactions; assist on corporate transactions involving real estate.
Represent developers and borrowers in mortgage loan transactions and closings; coordinate with M&A and corporate teams.
