Qualifications

• 5+ years of transactional real estate experience.
• Experience drafting complex commercial leases.
• Strong academic background.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; ability to promptly get admitted in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Handle core real estate transactional tasks independently.
• Negotiate and draft complex commercial leases for landlords and tenants.
• Draft purchase and sale agreements and related documents.
• Manage real estate due diligence for sale, purchase, financing, and corporate transactions.
• Represent developers and borrowers in real estate deals and closings.
