Qualifications

• 7+ years of law firm experience in commercial real estate transactions with substantial experience in acquisitions and dispositions.
• Skills and knowledge related to structuring, negotiating, and closing a high volume of land acquisition and disposition transactions.
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Engage directly with clients and develop a strong understanding of their business objectives on a wide range of transactions.
