Responsibilities

Advise clients on acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management, and disposition of commercial real estate assets.
Represent developers, property owners, managers, institutional investors, private investors, and lenders on real estate transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents.
Provide strategic legal counsel throughout all stages of commercial real estate deals.
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver practical, business-focused solutions.
Manage matters with a high degree of independence while maintaining exceptional client service.
