Qualifications

• Notary Public License required or preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Title Closer.
• Knowledge of TRID compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and lenders regarding loan closing packages.
• Obtain title searches and commitments.
• Prepare settlement statements
• Draft letters and correspondence
• Gather and research all relevant papers, figures, and documents, and ensure contracts conform to standards.
• Check for objections or encumbrances on the title and order proper documentation before closing.
• Ensure documents are notarized, recorded, and prepared.
• Build relationships with clients and prospects.
• Attend networking events.
