Qualifications

• Must have prior real estate closing experience.

• Florida real estate knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify closing documents and title commitments.
• Coordinate files from contract through post-closing.
• Communicate with attorneys, buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents.
• Identify title requirements and gather required documentation.
• Prepare closing packages and support documents.
• Schedule closings and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain updates to clients and agents throughout the process.
• Record closing documents and complete post-closing tasks.
