Job summary

The Closing Agent, LLC is recruiting an experienced Licensed Title Agent / Closer for our Winter Park Market Team. You will conduct residential and commercial closings, manage client relationships, and ensure accurate closing packages in Florida's dynamic real estate market.

You will review title commitments, coordinate with Realtors, lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers, and resolve issues to deliver exceptional in-person and remote closings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of title insurance, escrow, or closing experience.
• Strong understanding of Florida real estate transactions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential and commercial real estate closings.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the transaction.
• Review title commitments and closing requirements.
• Coordinate with Realtors, lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers.
• Resolve title and closing issues.
• Prepare and review settlement statements and closing packages.
• Deliver professional in-person and remote closing experiences.
• Support business development efforts and relationship management.
• Help maintain the high service standards that define The Closing Agent brand.
