Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Real Estate, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Review commercial real estate loan agreements and financing documents to identify key terms.
• Build and maintain loan models within Chatham's platform.
• Monitor portfolio activity: draws, repayments, refinancings, amendments, covenant updates.
• Prepare client reports, dashboards, and portfolio analytics highlighting key metrics.
• Perform quality control to ensure loan data accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with advisory, valuation, and technology teams to improve solutions.
