Job summary

Forum Investment Group seeks an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily assets in the Denver area. You will formulate and execute asset management strategies, direct third-party management partners, and manage additions to and divestitures from the portfolio.

You will lead the development of annual business plans, supervise leasing and operations, and work with internal and external teams to optimize performance and achieve budgets.

Qualifications

Seven+ years of multifamily management experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with MRI, OneSite, Yardi, etc.

Responsibilities

Develop, present, and execute annual business plans and budgets for each asset.
Manage property management teams to meet budgets and occupancy targets.
Oversee lease-up and turnover of new projects with PM partners.
Recommend leasing strategies to meet or exceed proforma.
Act as market expert for each asset.
Coordinate with internal and third-party PM teams.
Visit properties regularly to oversee operations and on-site staff.
Review financial reporting and coordinate with accounting.
