Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Colorado Bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional experience focused on real estate finance.
• Experience with real estate secured lending, debt/debt-like investments, and real estate equity investments.

Aufgaben

• Represent clients in a broad range of real estate finance transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents covering mortgage/ mezzanine financing, preferred equity, and structured real estate finance.
• Conduct legal due diligence and assist with transaction structuring.
• Manage transactions from inception through closing.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, borrowers, investors and other parties.
• Collaborate with internal deal teams to execute complex real estate matters.
