You will lead complex leases, acquisitions, dispositions, capital planning and negotiations with independent judgment.

This flex office/home role requires you to work a minimum of 10 days per month from Madison. Travel up to 10% and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of program planning processes, tools and systems.
• In-depth real estate financial analysis skills including cash flow analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of real estate contracts, laws and draft contracts.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans aligned with corporate goals.
• Research and analyze data to optimize real estate decision-making.
• Record and report status of corporate real estate and projections.
• Manage day-to-day operations of leased properties.
• Handle transactions supporting the strategic real estate plan.
