Job summary

JLL in Houston, TX is seeking an energetic Senior Project Manager to lead project management for national and global client portfolios. You will manage a geographically dispersed team of PM professionals, drive client service, and ensure projects deliver value, quality, and deadlines.

You will oversee ground-up construction programs valued between $5-10M, mentor junior PMs, manage budgets and schedules, collaborate across stakeholders, and uphold JLL's culture of collaboration and integrity

Qualifications

• 10+ years in real estate project management leadership with client service delivery.
• Experience managing ground-up construction projects and all phases of development.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, and project lifecycle.
• Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, change orders, and variance reporting.
• Willingness to travel 20–40% and work at client offices or project locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management services for national/global client portfolios.
• Drive client service levels, achieve financial targets, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple construction projects ($5–$10M).
• Mentor and guide project managers across distributed teams.
• Develop budgets for yearly and multi-year capital plans; manage account financials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and opportunities.
• Interface with executives, contractors, and vendors to ensure performance and compliance.
