Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide consulting services for assigned markets and high-profile client accounts, guiding projects from initiation to completion.

You will manage real estate project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk, working with clients to define requirements and align resources. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and delivering value in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of real estate project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher welcomed; relevant experience considered in lieu.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
• Ability to manage scope, budget, and schedule across complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, from initiation through closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope, budget, schedule, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define delivery resources, conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and select resources.
• Facilitate development of a charter and integrated timeline.
• Ensure schedules are maintained and issues escalated when needed.
• Lead and coach teams to deliver projects successfully.
