Qualifications
- 4+ years of legal experience in commercial real estate and leasing, construction and development, or real estate finance
- Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements within real estate or construction
- Experience with commercial leasing, development projects, or real estate financing
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a broad range of commercial real estate, construction and development, and real estate finance matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and financing documents
- Counsel clients on transactional, regulatory, and operational issues arising from real estate and construction projects
- Support acquisitions and dispositions, development projects, and land use, partnering with key stakeholders on complex transactions
