Job summary

Axiom seeks a Procurement Attorney to draft, negotiate, and advise on procurement, sourcing, supplier, and vendor agreements for global clients. You will partner with procurement, supply chain, and business teams on strategic sourcing and commercial negotiations, while addressing supplier risk and contract issues across the lifecycle.

The role requires 4+ years handling procurement and commercial contracting matters, with an active U.S. state bar license.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience handling procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, and/or commercial contracting matters.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex supplier and procurement agreements.
• Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on procurement, sourcing, supplier, and vendor agreements.
• Partner with procurement, supply chain, operations, and business teams on strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Advise on supplier risk and contract issues throughout the contracting lifecycle.
• Provide legal guidance on procurement policies, disputes, and supplier performance issues.
