Siemens Mobility is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Strategic Programs to lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, operations, and services on medium‑voltage power distribution projects. The role directs all project phases, manages cost/schedule/quality, sets milestones, and communicates with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in power distribution, 3+ years with MS Office and Microsoft Project, PMP certification, and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience in the power distribution industry managing medium voltage portfolios.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office and specifically Microsoft Project
• 3+ year of working with multi-disciplinary teams, including program management, services, engineering, operations, and logistics
• Must have a valid US Driver’s License
• Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of projects from inception through completion.
• Manage the cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of the assigned project(s).
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Lead and drive multi-disciplinary and cross functional teams, including engineering, operations, vendor management, logistics and services to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide regular updates to team, management, and PMO on work performed, plans, budget, and overall status.
• Identify project problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
• Proactive Risk identification and Mitigation.
• Manage customer expectations across project cycle and lead single and multi-product medium voltage solutions projects.
• Direct diagnostics with the ability to determine root cause and corrective actions.
