Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Admin, or Accounting required.
• 5+ years in Finance, Controlling, or Project Finance in large-scale projects.
• Proficient in IFRS, Local GAAP, and SAP financial modules; strong English.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis for real estate construction projects.
• SAP project setup, cost recognition, and month-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial status reports, variance analyses, and leadership updates.
