Job summary

Consilio LLC in Boston is seeking a tenured Corporate Real Estate Paralegal for an AMLAW firm. The ideal candidate has extensive leasing and survey experience and can work independently within a 1 day onsite / 4 days remote hybrid arrangement.

Key duties include due diligence reviews, title and survey analysis, closing checklists, lease drafting, and managing data rooms. Strong coordination with counsel, lenders, government agencies, and clients is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of paralegal experience in Real Estate law.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Paralegal Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive due diligence reviews and analyses for real estate transactions.
• Order, review, and evaluate title commitments, surveys, and recorded documents to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Develop, maintain, and track transaction closing checklists to ensure timely and accurate completion of milestones.
• Prepare transaction-related documents and coordinate their execution and delivery with opposing counsel, lenders, government agencies, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of tax-related applications and related supporting documentation.
• Draft and file petitions related to tax consolidations and divisions.
• Analyze and abstract commercial lease agreements and prepare draft leases, amendments, and related leasing documents.
• Manage electronic data rooms and organize matter files for efficient document management and accessibility.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and external parties to facilitate smooth transaction execution and closing processes.

1 day onsite and 4 days remote-

• Support real estate transactions by conducting comprehensive due diligence reviews and analyses.
