NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Senior Account Manager for the Real Estate Practice. You will manage account service, renewal strategy, and marketing efforts in collaboration with Account Executives, Advisors, carriers, and clients.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent) required; BA/BS preferred.
• 3+ years client service in insurance or related field.
• Licensed in P&C insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts.
• Prepare RFPs and present renewal results.
• Review proposals and source documents for accuracy with senior staff.
• Maintain client files and policy records in the agency system.
• Address billing questions with support from Accounting.
