- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Facilitates development and execution of local market development plans with Franchisees and Operations team.
- Manages site acquisition processes and real estate submissions through approval.
- Develops relationships with brokers, developers, and financing sources to maintain a high-quality pipeline of sites.
- Oversees market analysis, trade area assessments, and site selection standards.
