Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in internal communications, franchise communications, operations communications, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to multiple audiences including corporate teams, franchisees, field operations, and leadership.
• Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and quality control skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and long-term initiatives.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across internal departments and with franchisees, field teams, and operations leadership at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Owns end-to-end messaging strategy and accountability across RSC-to-franchise communications.
• Reviews and approves communications from cross-functional departments before franchise/field distribution.
• Builds and defends the 40-week communications roadmap with executive leadership.
• Represents the communications function in leadership planning and advises on messaging risk and timing.
• Manage and publish internal communications and system-wide messaging.
• Create and maintain operational memos, briefs, and field-facing documentation.
• Gather feedback from operators to improve communication effectiveness.
• Track the effectiveness of communications and recommend improvements.
