You will work with cross-functional teams including relationship managers, underwriters and credit officers to build concise asset views and present findings to senior loan committees.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of how local sub-market performance is impacted by macro trends and how to forecast supply and demand trends.
• Experience vetting real estate collateral for loans and understanding market data sources.

Aufgaben

• Vet real estate collateral for potential and existing PNC loans prior to third-party appraisals.
• Cross-check forward-looking developer proformas with market performance using data sources (CoStar, CBRE-EA, MSCI, Yardi Matrix) and forecast absorption, vacancy, rent, rent growth and concessions.
• Assess property types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, senior/student housing, tax credit and lodging; perform macro-level data analysis for portfolio reviews.
• Communicate with relationship managers, underwriters and credit officers; present summaries to the senior loan committee with the deal team.
• Support other REMA tasks such as asset valuations reconciliation and quarterly sector studies.
