Job summary

PNC's Real Estate team is seeking a Senior Loan Support Analyst to support the Loan Administration group, including Servicing, Investor Reporting and Insurance, with a strong focus on data quality and process improvement using Excel and AI tools. This is an in-office role within the Calabasas footprint.

The ideal candidate will process and reconcile complex transactions, collaborate with internal partners, and ensure documentation meets policies and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; university/college degree.
• Strong analytical and data accuracy skills.
• Experience with loan documentation and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute varied and complex loan transactions following established procedures.
• Reconcile transactions and coordinate with internal/external partners to complete items.
• Assist with training/new hires and serve as a subject matter resource.
• Provide responses to inquiries and complete ad hoc requests.
• Review documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to service levels.
