PNC is seeking a Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Analyst Senior within the Real Estate Market Analytics (REMA) group.

Based in Chicago, IL (or Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH), you will vet real estate collateral for loans, compare developer proformas with market data from CoStar, CBRE-EA, MSCI, and Yardi Matrix, and forecast absorption, stabilized vacancy, market rent, and rent growth to support term sheets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with 3+ years of related experience.
• Analytical thinking and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Vet real estate collateral for loans and compare against market data.
• Forecast absorption, vacancy, rent growth, and concessions for term sheets.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, underwriters and credit officers for accurate analyses.
