The role emphasizes accuracy, initiative, and collaboration as you manage cash movement, reserves, and system data, using Excel and AI productivity tools to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required; <1 year professional experience preferred.
• Experience with loan administration, servicing, investor reporting, and insurance.
• Strong attention to data quality and process improvement using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute varied and complex transactions using standard procedures.
• Reconcile transactions and collaborate with partners to complete actions.
• Ensure materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
• Provide responses to inquiries and ad hoc requests; perform workflow research.
• Review transactions for accuracy and conformance to service levels.
