Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a qualified analyst to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analyses of property operations, including credit facilities and portfolio recoup analyses, to assess loan viability.

The role requires reviewing financial statements, evaluating risk, and preparing detailed narratives and term sheets for senior credit decisions. 3+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree are expected.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant banking/credit analysis experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of real estate finance and loan structuring.

Responsibilities

Performs complex qualitative and quantitative analysis of property operations to determine loan viability.
Analyzes financial statements and documents to evaluate risk of complex transactions.
Conducts in-depth analysis and structuring for complex properties or portfolios.
Develops narratives for submission to Credit agencies with detailed qualitative/quantitative analyses.
Drafts and reviews complex term sheets and applications for potential transactions.
