PNC is seeking a Senior Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Analyst to support marketing campaign processes and data analytics across Retail Lending products. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to optimize targeting and campaign delivery in multiple platforms.

The position is based in Pittsburgh, Wilmington, Tysons Corner, or Chicago, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and risk-aware growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quantitative analytics fields.
• Strong proficiency in data tools (SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau, Hadoop or similar) and experience with large, complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Retail Lending products (Credit Card, Personal Loan, HELOC, and Mortgage)
• Demonstrated experience in Retail Lending eligibility criteria, customer selection or marketing analytics
• Proven experience executing campaign audience selection criteria for prescreen and non-prescreen acquisition campaigns
• Excellent communication and results orientation, with a strong sense of accountability and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaign process/delivery in Experian Ascend Marketing.
• Analyze audience selection, targeting and performance across Retail Lending products.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Map targeting strategy and campaign flows across internal channels (online banking, mobile, care center, branches).
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes and data flows among FICO, Experian, and PNC platforms.
• Create campaign performance reports across channels and products
