Adams & Martin Group seeks an experienced Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join a busy practice in Colorado. This role requires managing an active caseload from inception through resolution without a book of business requirement.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of real estate litigation experience, with strong research, writing, advocacy, deposition and courtroom skills, and the ability to handle easement, HOA, boundary and related disputes while maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• J.D. required and licensed to practice in Colorado, in good standing.
• Minimum five years of real estate litigation experience.
• Ability to manage cases independently from intake through resolution.
• Strong research, writing, advocacy, deposition, mediation and courtroom skills.
• Excellent client management and ability to meet multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a real estate litigation caseload from intake to resolution.
• Handle all aspects of litigation: strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, arbitrations and court appearances.
• Advise clients on complex disputes and litigation risks; collaborate with other attorneys as needed.
