• 3+ years of experience in business, commercial, real estate, or related litigation.
• Licensed to practice in Colorado, or eligible for admission.
• Experience handling matters in state and federal court is preferred.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills, research and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a broad range of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings.
• Handle all phases of commercial and business litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.
• Prepare and defend depositions and assist with witness preparation.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies to support client objectives.
• Participate in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients on litigation matters across a variety of industries.
