Job summary

Adams & Martin Group in Denver seeks a seasoned Senior Litigation Paralegal with 5-7+ years' experience handling both Colorado state and federal cases. You will support attorneys through all phases of complex litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.

The ideal candidate has strong eDiscovery expertise, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to manage case records, calendars, and exhibits for depositions and trial.

Qualifications

• Proven background in complex litigation
• Strong knowledge of court rules and procedures
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery and case management software

Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and organize pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
• Conduct legal research and analyze case documents
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court staff
• Manage evidence and prepare exhibits for depositions and trial
• Maintain organized case records and calendars
