• Structure, draft, and negotiate joint venture and partnership agreements.
• Lead transactional workflows across acquisitions, dispositions, and development deals.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, investors, and opposing counsel.
• Oversee deals from initial structuring through closing, exercising independent judgment.
