Job summary

Brick City Capital, a private real estate lender, is seeking a Senior Account Executive/Loan Officer to manage a high-intensity book of investor and broker relationships in the Greater NY area. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, supported by an AI-driven funnel and elite ops team.

We offer a highly ambitious compensation plan with a base salary of $40,000 plus aggressive variable compensation; top performers can exceed $500k OTE annually, with strong growth and leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years in private/non-QM/DSCR/investor lending with a proven production record.
• Strong DSCR loan structuring, portfolio management, and market knowledge.
• High ownership, leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a high-volume pipeline of real estate investors and brokers.
• Lead and own the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with Ops, Credit, and Marketing to move files quickly.
• Educate partners on diverse product sets, including DSCR and non-QM options.
• Hit and exceed monthly funded volume and revenue targets.
• Maintain Salesforce updates for operations and forecasting.
• Represent Brick City Capital at events and broker meetings.
• Base salary $40,000 with aggressive variable compensation; high earners $300k–$500k+.
